I did not get it until January because there was a problem with the manufacturer. There was a scratch on it. They worked hard to resolve it, and we were really satisfied.

My experience with them was excellent. They were very knowledgeable and very helpful. They gave me a good deal. They have great selection and knowledgeable staff. Their prices are good.

What sets Bicycle World of Houston apart is an exceptionally knowledgeable and friendly staff that is ready to listen to you and your needs. They have bikes and equipment suitable for the novice all the way up to world class cyclists and triathletes. I am a large cyclist who rides year round in all kinds of weather conditions so I am not exactly easy on equipment. I have had the pleasure of having my bike serviced at both their locations and can’t imagine taking it anywhere else.
