It went horribly. Bettencourt did absolutely NOTHING they were hired to do. They dodged phone calls, they missed hearings they were supposed to go to on our behalf, they ignored us for months. We called repeatedly and left messages for Bea Johnson and Garrett Graham, and only after copying our attorney that they decided to return our phone calls. In the end, since they negligently missed the hearings, our request for lowering our property value was denied by the appraisal review board. What a disaster of a company this is. Steer very clear. I would never recommend this firm. You can handle it by yourself with far less headaches.
