Best Security Solution

My unmonitored alarm, for which I do not know the code, would not stop beeping after a power outage.  They walked me through how to find and disconnect the main and back-up power supplies and would not let me pay them.  I requested a service call to replace the alarm panels and system, and they gave me an extremely reasonable quote without trying to replace things that did not need to be replaced. 

Top of the line products and installation.  Handles very high profile clients- ex-presidents, federal judges, corporate exec's. 

There are a lot of people out there who claim they can install a security system and very few know about quality cameras, positioning, and operations.  This guy does!!!

I tried for three weeks to get them to come out and repair the system that they had installed.  They set up an appointment for January 17th.  When they failed to show up, I called.  David May said that they had several technicians who were ill so they would not be able to service the alarm that day.  He offered to call our tenant directly to set up a time to repair the alarm the following week.  I called 30 minutes later and left the contact numbers for the tenant on his voice mail.  The following Friday, the tenant said that he had not contacted her yet, so I called and left a message on his voicemail to please call me.  After hearing nothing for another five days my husband called and left a message to please call him by the end of the day.  No return call. 
I called ADT and they are not interested in assisting you to find a person to repair your system unless they are monitoring you.  I am thinking the same is true of David May.  ADT would not even tell me if Best Security Solution is an authorized dealer.  Since we leave it up to the tenant as to whether or not they want to pay for monitoring, ADT was a poor choice.  Lesson learned.

Very professional, trustworthy, prompt, knowledgable.  There are not a lot of people that will work on a system unless you have it monitored and I absolutely hate monitoring.  This is about the fourth system I have had so it is not my first time around.  I would recommend him to all of my friends and they live in very expensive homes.
