Best Gutter Co

We needed to add some gutters to a new covered patio, small job but needed to be done correctly so as to tie in to existing gutters and redirect some water flow. Rodney was a pleasure to work with and we are highly satisfied with the finished product--everything was exactly as discussed ($275). In addition, my neighbor needed all gutters replaced and some changes made to correct the water flow, Rodney did an excellent job there as well ($1100)

Initially I thought it went great. Since then we have learned that they did not install gutters underneath the metal roof lip, they installed gutters that were too small for the size of our roof, not nearly enough downspouts, we have an entire side with zero spouts on it, and they installed inferior screws that have come out in certain areas causing gaps. We are having multiply leaks into our home due to this. We called the company several weeks ago was told that they would be out the very next day and still have not seen or heard from anyone. The entire system has to come out and we now essentially have to pay a new company more money to remove their old system and install a new one. HIGHLY UNHAPPY

It was pretty reasonable. They didn't even come into the house. They just had the workmen in the yard. They called me, so I could turn the alarm back on. They called me when they were finished and it took about an hour and a half. We've been pretty pleased and we were pleased with their price and their time.

They are punctual, responsive and he's a real nice guy.

Very professional. Did a great job for a reasonable fee. This is the second home on which we've had this company install gutters.

We had Best Gutter come out after we had a new roof installed. Rodney, the owner, came out and gave us a quote. He was such a nice, nice person and very caring. Rodney went around with us and discussed issues with our water problems when it would rain and gave us good ideas on how to deal with it. He spent a lot of time with us. They were the cheapest of the 3 quotes. He did not throw in a bunch of extra fancy things We needed nothing fancy, we just needed new and he quoted us for that. His pricing was very, very good. He could have charged more and I would have paid more.
