She went above and beyond the call of duty to help us, as my husband was here and I was far away in England preparing for our international move. We are working with a real estate agent, Wayne Cohen, who is excellent. When I look at the pictures on the website I just can't believe how pretty my house is. He took a lot of time to make sure we were comfortable with the process, comfortable with the price and that the house was presented well. The house has been on the market since October, we started at the wrong time, but every couple of weeks we get a call from him telling us what is happening in the market, if our house is being viewed online, what he thinks about the price, just to see if everything is going fine. He gives us instant feedback whenever anyone come to see the house. The services are beyond what I expected. I just really like the fact that he is very honest, very direct; he will take a look at the house and say exactly what he thinks is good,what and needs to be worked on, this is what I think it will sell for; there is just no beating around the bush. All the expectations were there, it was clear about what was going to happen.
