1st tip - make sure you know the downrod size required for the fan you're installing - I was assuming that I could use the existing one, but it was only a 1/2" and I needed a 3/4" downrod to mate w/ the fan I had purchsased. Randy Bennett came and for the initial install when we realized the downrod situation. I rescheduled him after obtaining the new rod and he and one other assistant did the work promptly and efficiently. He gave me a heads up on his arrival time and completed all the work within the initial estimated price. Well done and I would recommend Bennett Fan for any ceiling fan installation.

These guys did a great job. We spent a lot of time trying to find a company that could hang a fan/chandelier that we purchased in Laredo TX. Out of all the businesses we contacted Bennett Fan Installation were the only ones that could help us. They were friendly, knowledgeable, and affordable. Would definitely recommend.

Great service on both exterior installation and interior fan repair.

Mr. Bennett immediately told me I was asking about the wrong one of the two capacitors my fan, and why it was so. I bought the one he told me I should replace and 30 minutes later, I'm sitting under my breezy fan, like it's brand new!

Mr. Bennett arrived on time even though there was  bad weather that morning.  Installed the fan, checked the balance and it is quietly running very well.

It took a couple of weeks to get an appointment but they showed up when expected and did a good job. Everything works well to date and I am satisfied with the work

The only thing that I didn't like was that they didn't offer any type of discount for Angie's List members. They sent 2 people out to do the job and it was a father and son team. They got the job done in about 90 minutes. The cleanup was great.

The job went very well. These brothers are very knowledgeable and friendly. They also recommended another contractor that we are very happy with. Have used them 2 times and plan for them to come back to update outlets on my new granite countertop.

We wanted to relocate two fans and install one new (custom) fan. As well as repair a broken doorbell. We had all the parts and most of the materials. The Bennett brothers arrived on time, were very professional and knowledgeable about fans and electrical repairs. Installing the custom fan took the longest, as expected. Reinstalling and balancing the other fans went smoothly with no surprises. Door bell repair went equally smoothly, and did not require major repairs, but did require some re-wiring and investigation in the attic. For all of the work they did, I thought I got good value. They know everything there is to know about fans!

The owner of a reputable lighting store highly recommended Sam Bennett Jr. to us and we are so glad that we hired Sam. We cannot be more pleased with the work that Sam and his team did for us. It was a big job so Sam and his brother Randall brought in a crew of 3 more guys and they worked non stop for 3 days. Sam is highly experienced and it shows through the quality of his work. Besides doing the work himself he also acted as lead and provided guidance to the crew so that after all the lights and fans were installed there was no sheet rock repair required. Sam, Randall and the rest of the team are very courteous, professional and friendly. They are respectful of the house and cleaned up as they went. I highly recommend Sam and will call him again for future electrical needs.

Showed up on time. Very reasonable bill for all that he did. Called to confirm appt. Plus he stayed extra time to make sure everything was working properly. Wasn't in a rush.
