T.J. went above and beyond to ensure that every aspect of the home was reviewed, and found so many issues that we definitely did not catch ourselves and were not disclosed by the seller. We felt very prepared to negotiate the best price for the house, and his comprehensive report is a resource I'm sure we'll reference for many years to come as we learn more about our home. An inspection is not a "check the box" task when buying a home. It is worth it to seek out, and pay for an inspector who has your best interest at heart, and will take the time to provide you as much information as possible. Like with anything, you can find a cheap inspector who will "check the box", but there is tremendous value in finding a quality inspector who takes the time to do it right (and teach you along the way). TJ was definitely that kind of inspector.

TJ did an amazing job on our newly built home inspection. He took the time to inspect every section of the house both inside and out. He also made sure to check all equipment including outlets, appliances, lighting, heating and air-conditioning to confirm that everything meet current safely requirements. TJ then personally walked us through the entire house making sure to point out everything he noted and would adding to his report. Is final report was not only very detailed and thorough it included photos of everything he pointed out. This proved extremely helpful when we were going through our walkthrough with the construction manager to make sure everything was corrected before closing. He will definitely be hiring TJ again for our 11 month warranty inspection and I have already recommended him to friends.

I hired TJ to help me perform a pre inspection before I put my home on the market. He was able to point out and catch a lot of issues that I was able to fix.
