If you're looking for a meticulous and informative home inspector, look no further than TJ with Before You Buy Inspection Services! We recently used his services for our new home purchase and couldn't have been happier with the results. TJ is so thorough and knowledgeable when it comes to home structure as well as cosmetic defects. No job is too big or small for TJ. He approaches every home the same. After inspecting my new home, he assured me I had a well-built home, but he also reported every deficiency he found. After his findings, the builder got to work making those necessary repairs and adjustments. The biggest repair being the replacement of my entire bedroom subfloor! Trust me, TJ's excellent work is worth every penny!

TJ did a great job finding even the smallest of "opportunity areas" while inspecting the home. He clearly pointed out each area during the walkthrough and even gave a few tips on how to handle the repairs I wasn't comfortable with.

Amazing!! TJ was so patient with us, our construction got a few delays and he was very flexible about returning to finish the job. He even helped me and my daughters put an Ikea furniture together. I would definitely recommend him, he found things on our new house that we missed!
