BE Inspected LLC

TJ was professional, on time, responsive and incredibly detailed. He didn't mind at all that I followed him everywhere like a puppy and asked a million questions--he was happy to explain it all! His report was detailed and emailed the same day with pictures and infrared of all the areas inspected and potential problems. He did explain to me on site that some of the inspection items are really no big deal and some are easily fixable ourselves. The price, I believe, was pretty reasonable for a 3/2.5/2 car garage 2-story home in the Heights that's about 2600 sq. ft of living space--approx. $500. If we're ever in the market again, I would definitely hire Be Inspected, LLC again!

He started in the breaker box, worked his way in the attic checking roof, drainpans, hot water heates. He checked the appliances. I think at that was the half way point, thats whenhee talked about a few things he did find, he noted that the home builder did not take of issues from 2 yrs. ago. The he moved on checking all the outllets, foundation, and finally he went outside to look at the wood fence next to the house, Windows, proper grounding for the electrical panel, checked the roofing (shingles) out of all this any issues he finds he takes pictures and documents each issue.

I'm a technician, I don't know his job or what all he looks for. This is just a few things that he actually explained to me that he's looking for. I felt that he's not trying to rush To make a buck. We have a 3000sq.ft. house it took 5-6 hours. I have passed him on to others and I'll do it again.

From beginning to end this was a pleasant and easy transaction.

The appointment was quickly scheduled and Beau and his associate actually arrived at the location before we did.

While they were busy inspecting everything, I took advantage of the time to measure walls, rooms and closets (and take pictures of spaces we would be working with when moving into the house). Both men were constantly working and making notes.

They had state-of-the-art equipment and very extremely professional as they went about their business.

During the inspection, both men were happy to answer questions and gave very accurate estimate of the time frame for completing the inspection. We were able to sit down and get a thorough preliminary review of the results when they finished, with a detailed written report submitted that evening via computer.

We could not have been more satisfied with them and highly recommend Be Inspected to anyone needing a home inspection.

Beau was such a pleasure to work with. He was on the ball through the whole process. When buying a house, time is of the essence and Beau made our lives much easier. Although, I can't remember the exact price we paid, I know Beau was competitive in the market, as we shopped a few others. The reason we chose BE Inspected was because of the infrared technology. We are glad we did! Beau was even helpful after the inspection when we had some questions a couple months later.
