From the time they answered the phone, I felt like these guys were different. They were friendly and spent some time understanding exactly what I needed, which resulted in them giving me a solid price over the phone. I really appreciate this, as I have had cleaning companies come out in the past based on their price, only to have them significantly increase the price when they get there. That was not the case with these guys. They showed up on time, explained the full process and got right to work. They did a great job and the final cost was exactly what they told me on the phone. They are a great group and I will definitely be using them again!

The process itself was simple and took only about an hour and a half. Mark showed up early, ran us through every step of the process, what exactly would be happening, and how long it would take, and then he got to work. He worked hard to get out some of the more set-in stains (the carpet is probably 15 years old) and when he was finished the carpets looked almost brand new. I had my doubts about this kind of service going into it, but this was really unbelievable. There's no doubt that if we ever need this type of service again we'll be calling Bayou City.
