Bates A/C has been doing our air conditioning and heating work for about 8 years.  We set up a maintenance contract with them when our building was new and they have been in promptly every quarter to change out filters and check the system.  As something breaks we call them to quote and repair.  They are very prompt to respond and very reasonable in their charges.
