The contractor came out and was very professional. He had some great ideas and a few days later purposed an estimate that was too high for our budget. When asked to negotiate, he was unable. He needs to be able to negotiate.

From start to finish this project, thanks to Bill, was absolutely painless. Started by coming to my house to take measurements and pictures to start preparing a proposal. Bill met with me to pick out tile, cabinets, counter tops etc. so that he could give me an accurate estimate. He spent a ton of time with me before I ever paid him a dollar. He was also very helpful as far as picking everything out, as he is a custom home builder as well as remodeler. I was told the project would take three and a half weeks. It was done in three and a half weeks. Bill was at my house on time ever single day and watched over the work being done. I did not have to be home. I had total confidence that Bill would make sure it was done right, and it was! The job is complete and I could not be happier! From the wall texture to the tile, cabinets, and counter tops, everything is perfect. I will be using Bill for my kitchen remodel! If you use Bill for a project, whether it is a remodeling job, or building your home, you will not be disapointed.
