They came in our home and made it top of the line to live in, they should be on TV

Nick repeatedly lied to me, and his painting was the quality of a 5-year-old. He ruined my office desk because he failed to cover it, then when he tried to get the paint off, he ruined the finish. We fired him before he was finished to keep him from damaging anything else. He painted over hardware (that should have been taped); couldn't paint a straight line; got dark gray paint on walls that we did *not* intend to paint; spilled a gallon of paint, and made no attempt to clean it up; left drywall crumbles all over; tracked paint and drywall across my tile floors; painted one room with two different colors of white; painted ceilings with semi-gloss instead of flat; painted some of the trim with semi-gloss instead of high gloss; tried to scam me into installing a different carpet than we had agreed to in our contract; seemed so very nice, so very personable, and so very honest, when in reality he's a scam artist that cut corners, damaged my home, cost me double the money (I had to have EVERYTHING re-painted) on the paint portion; damaged my possessions; couldn't keep instructions straight; failed to remove curtain hardware (painted around them - AND got paint on them). I cannot adequately express my sincere warning to anyone considering Banks Business Center. This guy doesn't know what he's doing, and he is dishonest (and I'm being diplomatic with that description). Do not trust this company/Nick.

Nick is very professional and did everything he said he would do. The quality is excellent and heâ s easy to work with. Iâ ll definitely use him again and highly recommend him.

I thought Nick was a nice person, but he was disorganized he lied when I asked pointed questions. Two of his workers were sloppy and ruined my hardwood floors because they would not cover them unless I asked them and they did not seem to want to get to the site on time. What I agreed to in the proposal was not what was found and when I tried to explain to him the issues in that I hired a plumber because the guys did not seem confident about the items needed to be plumbed or how to do the electrical work where it seemed safe. So I did not pay him for those things although I wanted to be fair so I paid for labor on some things when they had to wait for parts. But what he called done left over 44 items not completed and still are not completed. When he left he said he had to go to his renewal and would come back and finish. Instead, he said he had other people and could not return until September. This is the worst customer service. He did not finish me but was moving on to others. These people broke all of my brooms were super sloppy on my lawn left all of the cut drywall pieces and installed the cheapest looking window in my bathroom and it is a mess. He did not leave the receipt so I could return it. They literally only painted the drywall and did not tape the areas as needed so it is a very sloppy paint job. and they installed the air vent wrong and the floor they installed has already started moving. The trim was put in backward. He expected to be paid for things I had to get done by actual experts.I bought all of my own materials and only required him to pick them up, and because he is dishonest he did not subtract this from his quote and just kept trying to charge for things he did not do. I fear for any other single woman who trusts him and his wife who he brought to the site. He said he was a good Christian to me on several occasions which should have made me think twice. This was my first project ever. I bought this house for my 48th birthday and it took me 4 yrs to save up to fix my bathroom and now I do not know who I can trust. I researched for months to find them and thought they were going to do a good job based on the pictures he showed me. But my house is not fancy. I live in an urban area mostly poor elderly people. My house is old built in 1950 and is not up to date at all but the floors and rooms are really nice and it has a lot of potential. So not very fancy. They treated me like I was not worth the time. They should not have accepted the job if they wanted to work in the nice homes of suburbia. I work 2 jobs and my house is not pristine and clean because my time is so limited. And Nick constantly commented on the messiness of my home and they would use things that belonged to me thinking that I would not notice. They broke my 5 brooms and they made a mess of my lawn and my porch. They left pieces of material where my dog could have been hurt by it and I had to end up cleaning behind them every day after work because they did not know how to clean or bring cleaning supplies to clean behind themselves. They piled on my already bad situation and because of their lack of consideration and experience made it worse. Nick said he would replace the things they damaged but has not made any attempts to fix anything he totally messed. up. And I am just outdone. He stole my money and he stole what little confidence I had in people being better than what he showed me. All those who have sung the praise for their work should be warned because like I said after having to have things inspected by real professionals they are all telling me that anything they have done in your house was not done right no matter how it looks on the outside. Especially bathroom work and electrical so be careful and have someone reputable look at the work they have done. Those are not things to play with.

Our home was affected by the freeze in February 2021. They gave me a quite to rebuild our home from what the restoration company demolished. They were to rebuild my kitchen including granite and backsplash. I did not approve or was consented on the rebuild of my cabinets. Full Business Center subcontracted all of the work and the people they hired to do the cabinet sanding, prep work and painting did an awful job. My cabinets were not sanded properly nor caulked before painted. I have nails sticking out gashes in most of the cabinets. They hired and electrical person to perform the needed electrical work, I requested receipts for the work done and showed they were paid $3600 for electrical work that I had to have redone up to code at my cost. Full Business Center should give me that money back and is not budging to make things right. They also gave me a receipt for sheetrock repairs that included sheetrock, floating and painting that I paid for. Sheetrock is not all up and not floated nor painted as the receipt reflects payment for. They have continued to ask for additional funding to complete the work they promised. I have had to hire an attorney who has looked at the work and agrees this company should be held liable. DO NOT HIRE THEM!!!!!!

They showed up late every day, broke items in the house, did not finish projects, sloppy paint everywhere. I have to hire someone to fix their jobs. They drywalled my cables in the wall, will have to break open walls now. They just messed up so much it will cost me more now. Very disappointed.

I live in another city, so I trusted this contractor to take care of my mom's exterior door. They provided an amazing new look to my childhood home and had great communication with me throughout the entire process which was important for me being over 200 miles away.

Very knowledgeable about what I needed to be done. Very prompt.

Nick was fantastic & professional! The work was done in a timely manner without disruption to my home.
