Great. Ron sprayed the gables and even the shutters even though they weren't included in the bid. I finished the remainder within having to get on the ladder.

Good. Ron gave me a fixed bid and stuck to it. I provided all materials and he worked with me to make sure he had everything needed (extra paint) to make the place look great. Would highly recommend!

Only one room was completed. Painting was very shody and streaky. Messed up entire room. Had to show workers how to cut base molding. Caught workers going through personal toolboxes to use our tools. Showed up late. Broke mirrors, cabinets, and light fixtures. Left paint on flooring, electronics, and furniture.

"We are sorry Ms. [Member Name Removed] was not happy with our work. We painted entire home and they seemed very pleased with our work until it was time to pay the balance. Than everything was wrong. They accused our crew of stealing, accused crew of breaking mirror and cabinets and leaving paint on various things. Because of these unfounded accusations we brought in our main partner of the business. Our partner went to the home with our supervisor to access the accusations and she found them very uncooperative. Our partner asked what else we could do to remedy their complaints but they were unable to give any directives and only asked if money could be taken off the balance. We found out that they were under stress from the birth of their child which was taking place towards the end of our service and we came to the conclusion they did not have the money to pay the balance so we took a fair amount of dollars off their balance. That seemed to satisfy them. Our motto is to please all our customers and we feel we have been doing a great job in this area."

Extremely well. Delayed by weather, but once it cleared, they were on time and completed the job extremely well.

- I recommend Ron and his crew. They are a respectable and hard-working company. Ron communicates well and showed up to my house for an estimate when I wanted him to. He listened to what I wanted to have fixed and I was very pleased with what he was proposing. They did an excellent job installing the columns and painting. I am glad I found this company. I got three estimates for painting the exterior of my house and Ron's was by far the most competitive. Additionally I was impressed by his attention to detail and his communication style. He is very down to earth and pleasant and I never felt I was being "sold." Ron & his crew power washed the house, repaired some rotting wood and then painted both with brush (for detail) and spray. Ron was always available and interested in my suggestions or concerns. B & B did a great job for a great price. I would use them again and recommend them to my neighbors.

Ron came over to talk about proposal and he was VERY PLEASANT and he explained everything thoroughly. He will work with you on everything!!!! He even provided us with references. His work was OUTSTANDING and he and his crew were very punctual!!! Would HIGHLY RECOMMEND HIM!!!

Band B, owned by Bob and Ron Clacher, did careful and high quality work, just the way I would have done it myself. They were careful of plants and deck furniture and didn't get fence overspray on my garage or the neighbor's as previous painters had done. They were polite and respectful, and kept us advised of their progress every step of the way. When I added new work, they were quick to provide a new estimate. When the eaves turned out to be less work than estimated, they took $100 off the bill! We were very happy with the work and their attention to detail.

I found B and B Painting Contractors number from their van in my subdivision and called. The next morning, Ken Clacher the owner, and his son, Ron, came out to give me an estimate. I was very impressed by their appearance and manner and was very comfortable to let them come in my home as previously (in my home state) i was reluctant to let a contractor in because of his appearance. I accepted the bid and the next morning Ron and his helper Dan came out to help me pick out colors.
They did a fantastic job on helping with picking a accent color for my kitchen as this can be a confusing decision when looking at the Fan Pack with so many colors. I showed them my Fiesta collection and the color I wanted from one of the plates. They had no problem matching the color for my wall. I did the other walls in a nice beige color that they matched perfectly with my living room walls. The job was scheduled for the very next day.
When they came out they put clean tarps down and prepared the kitchen and bathroom to paint. After doing the kitchen they proceeded to do the bathroom. The color was matched to a picture I had on the wall. it matched perfectly.
They were very courteous, very neat, very professional, and did the job in a timely manner and cleaned up everything. They were easy to talk to and respectful to answer all my question. I would definitely have them out again to do more work inside and outside of my home. I am glad I have found a painter who can do interior and exterior work including decks of which I am thinking of having done.

From start to finish Bob Clacher, his son Ron, and assisstant Tom were on time, professional, yet casual enough to let me know what they were going to do, and when to expect the job to be finished.
When I called Mr Clacher to come and give me an estimate he and I agreed on a date and time which he kept to. He looked at the jobs I wanted done, he wrote a list and said he would email me his pricing.
As promised I received his offer which included paints and materials necessary to do the sheet rock repair.
Mr Clacher's estimate was the 3rd one I recieved. The first was to pricey, the 2nd on too vague.
When I accepted Band B'soffer we set a date for the following Wednesday, the 12th of February.
They showed up at the agreed time, and started right away. They were respectful of the furniture, and flooring, covered both with tarp where needed.As to the sheetrock repair; can't tell there was ever a hole in the wall, or ceiling damage. I was very impressed with the skill level.
They covered the wall papered walls so that you can't tell there is paper under the paint. Job well done.
On the final walk through I didn't find anything wrong, they did a wonderful job, even put the furniture back where we asked them to.
I felt the price of the jobs requested was reasonable, the workmanship impeccable, and I will use their services again.

I was very happy with the fact that Bob was willing to do what I considered to be a small job. I called on Saturday and left a message. His wife, Barbara, called me back within the hour. We scheduled a time for Bob to come by to give me an estimate. He showed up promptly at the appointed time, carefully looked at what needed to be done, and gave me an estimate on the spot for $175. I had the paint which I wanted him to use. We agreed for him to come on Monday between 9 - 9:30. He and his helper arrived promptly at 9:00 am. They worked quickly and were finished within 2.5 hours. I like the fact that they both wore a clean uniform consisting of matching painting t-shirts and clean pants. They are very polite,courteous, and professional. Bob did not bad mouth the previous painter who had messed up my brand new front doors even though I certainly gave him the opportunity to. They use nice, clean drop clothes. I had a painter once who brought dirty, nasty drop clothes into my home. While these may seem like small things, they tell you a lot about they type of person you are letting into your home. The quality of Bob's work is very good. He certainly improved the appearance of my front doors. And, I haven't been able to find any mistakes on his work in my kitchen. I plan on having additional painting done in my home following the holidays. I will definitely be calling Bob.

His price was very reasonable, and the quality of work was high in detail. He took his time in contemplating work that needed to be done before he started doing it. We were budget conscious for the home, so he chose the most efficient and practical way of repairing rather than going through the trouble of buying extra material. He's very personable and professional, and works directly with his son. They make an excellent team in providing satisfaction to the customer. He thought of a cost effective way of getting the job done.
