+ -1 moreSETH DID A GOOD JOB ON THE GATES, BUT I FELT HE WAS SOMEWHAT RUDE DURING THE "CONSULTATION". I HAD THOUGHT HE WOULD COME IN WITH A LIST OF ROOMS & SAFETY HAZARDS & WALK THROUGH MY HOUSE WITH ME. INSTEAD, HE SEEMED JUDGMENTAL, EVEN CALLING A NIGHTLIGHT I HAD IN MY BABY'S ROOM "STUPID" BECAUSE MY BABY COULD HURT HIMSELF ON IT. HE NEEDS TO WORK ON CUSTOMER SERVICE BIG TIME!! ALSO, THE BABY GATES WERE ATTACHED TO THE WALLS WITH PIECES OF WOOD HE SAID WE COULD PAINT TO MATCH OUR WALLS. WELL, HE SHOULD HAVE SAID THAT BEFORE HE INSTALLED THEM BECAUSE NOW WE HAVE TO UN-INSTALL TO PAINT THE WOOD & RE-INSTALL AGAIN. OVERALL, WOULD NOT RECOMMEND TO ANYONE ELSE!
Description of Work: TWO BABY GATES WERE INSTALLED AT THE TOP OF TWO SEPARATE STAIRCASES & CABINET LOCKS WERE INSTALLED IN THE KITCHEN.
