Mr. Smith replied quickly to my inquiry which I appreciated. He came over the next day and provided a competitive quote. The date was set for the job to begin and the two men showed up on time. That was a good sign. I felt comfortable having them in the house even leaving them here on their own since I had to run an errand. T he repair jobs went well and I really liked the job done in the powder room. The bathroom looks great.
I would use B and S again. I like how they are in Katy and show up on time to do the job they promise.

Contractor showed up on time, correctly measured the space needed to replace the gate, built a new gate from scratch and installed it within one hour. Great job! Very pleased with the work.

Harry bid the job and sent his man out to the house. He was on time and worked hard until the job was finished. WE used them a couple of times since the man worked hard until the job was done.

They did a great job and the gate works perfectly now. I would definitely use them again if needed. There were no issues with scheduling -- they were actually a bit early.

When I contacted Band S about my damaged garage door and surrounding molding someone came out at exactly the time they said they would the following day to provide a free estimate... On the day of the repair, the handyman showed up a half-hour early and began work immediately, finishing in a timely manner... Would definitely use again!

B and S Home Repair was relatively inexpensive and competitive. He came and did everything in a professional manner. He brought the tools with him and he is a very nice person. He is not a big business but they have a personal touch. He is very good at returning calls. He is very nice in conversation and he is very professional. He understands everything he needs to do.

Overall, the quality of work left something to be desired. I have had to redo the garage trim and am looking at re-doing most of the soffit work as not all the rotting wood was replaced.

There is nothing more to add. The work was done to my satisfaction and at a price I could accept.

I could not ask for quicker or more professional service; I was very pleased. We added a few things that needed to be painted and repaired after he came and he did not change his price.

Called in morning and he agreed to meet me for a quote that afternoon. He was on-time, courteous, and provided a professional written estimate. When I accepted, we made an appointment for two days later to complete the work. He and his helper were on time and went directly to work, completing the job as expected. They did an excellent job. Great workmanship and pride in their work. They took pains to clean up when done, which is always appreciated. We will be using them again in the future.

I don't remember how much it cost me, but it was on a more affordable side, I liked everything, they were very professional and knowledgeable, they were 2 of them and they were open for questions

Harry Smith was very prompt in returning inquiry call and professional. The company was on time and the work was done in a timely manner. I will use the company again but will not hire first. I would get more estimates. I thought the works was a little expensive for what was done.

It was a very high quality work. We thought it would take like thirty minutes but he took an hour and a half. He did it without any complaints. He was very professional. It's fine to have him in the home. His price was excellent and it was very fair. He was on time. He was here by ten to fifteen minutes when he said he was going to be here. Actually I'm using him this Friday as well.

He does general repairs on a freelance basis but he does a lot of work for management companies that rent houses. He does work for us in our house because the management company that takes care of our house sent him. He's a nice guy, he did a nice job, he and his partner have been out several times and he seems to be reasonably priced. When he fixed the washer we paid for that and the price wasn't anything too terrible. They came out really quickly, I think they were here the next day. They come when they say they'll come and he's very good about being able to reach him on his mobile phone. He's good about answering the phone if you have a question about when he will be arriving. While he was looking at he washer he noticed a problem with the dryer so he just fixed that for free. Some repair men you are happy to have in the house and some you can't wait to leave He and his partner are nice guys and seem very decent. I only paid once of the three times he's been out here and that repair has held fine. I don't have anything negative to say about him.

I WILL USE HARRY FOR ALL OF MY HANDYMEN/HONEY-DO TASKS AROUND THE HOUSE. HE WAS PLEASANT, PUNCTUAL, ORGANIZED AND KNOWLEDGEABLE.
