 + 0 moreGreat! brought in a wool Oriental that was filthy and smelly form a couple of dog accidents. Fringe was falling apart, also dogs, unraveling into the actual carpet weave. Met by Ali & his son. Things were slightly confused as to who would help, hence the B for professionalism. But that was the only very minor problem. Ali explained that they could fix the problems and add the proper fringe to make it look as new. Because of dogs asked about other things that could be done if we did no wish to restore for antique reasons. Agreed on re seaming. Gave estimate for both processes, where approx. the same. Promised rug in one month. Called two weeks early said rug was ready. Inspected at store and the work was wonderful. Rug looks great back where it belongs.
Description of Work: Washed rug, repaired open weave areas, removed unwanted fringe and added seamed edging.
