AYZ cell phone repair

I dropped my Samsung Galaxy 4 phone and cracked the glass (one major crack from top to bottom and multiple cracks centering in the lower section). I was told to call Samsung and they told me that they would replace the glass and the actual screen even though the screen was working fine. This would cost $160.00 and take a week. Needless to say, I was not happy about being without the phone and the cost. I checked online and found that just the glass could be replaced but it was a bit difficult and could result in the screen being destroyed. I had come across AYZ Cellphone Repair so I called to ask them if they could do it . They indicated they could. I expressed my concern about the screen and they indicated that if the screen was damaged while they were working on it they would not charge me. I figured if that happened, I would just go ahead with my first option of sending it to Samsung. In that case, I would only be out only my time and the drive to their office. I am extremely pleased. It took an hour or so and I used the time to run some errands nearby. When I came back, he was finishing up. I got the phone repaired for at lot less and didn't have to go without it for a week. I would suggest you call to see if he can get to you when you bring your phone or IPad. I should also mention that he recommended very politely that I get a case including information about what characteristics it should have. He said he would be happy to fix it again but a case would be a good investment ( and no he doesn't sale them).
