I pretty much wrote it all in the box above, the economy is bad I have never used the space and instead of helping me out when the businesses went south they have made sure to collect their rent and when I tried to make some kind of settlement offer their counter offer was basically the same as what I still owe, all the while he is making apologies and making it sound like it is some big anonymous board that makes the decision, but after a little digging I found out it is just more than likely him, his dad and maybe a brother or Uncle who is the "board".
