 + -1 moreI pretty much wrote it all in the box above, the economy is bad I have never used the space and instead of helping me out when the businesses went south they have made sure to collect their rent and when I tried to make some kind of settlement offer their counter offer was basically the same as what I still owe, all the while he is making apologies and making it sound like it is some big anonymous board that makes the decision, but after a little digging I found out it is just more than likely him, his dad and maybe a brother or Uncle who is the "board".
Description of Work: Renting a place from them, when the business fell through tried to break lease by offering settlement price kept shooting me down and now they finally came back with a counter offer which is just as much as what I owe left on the lease which is 3 months only. All the time he made it sound like there was a board who decided the settlement offers, but after some research I now know it is his family that the board.
