 + -1 moreOur experience with them went very well. We pay them when they come. They do what we ask them to do and they get the job done. They are prompt. They are here and they get the job done so there are no problems. If something's not right we bring it to their attention and they correct it.
Description of Work: We use Ayala Services for housecleaning. We've been using them now for about three months.

 + 0 moreVery knowledgeable on all types of flooring installation and maintenance. Mrs Ayala is my regular housecleaner. She is very thorough and punctual. Her English is limited but I have no problems communicating with her through her daughters. I have found a few small things broken after she's been here but nothing extremely major.
Description of Work: They reconditioned my wood floors. Mrs Ayala is my regular housecleaner person.

Description of Work: Mr Ayala and his wife, Abigail, cleaned and reconditioned the wood floors in my dining room, and den area. It took them about 5 hrs. The floors look very nice and shiny. This man also installs any type of flooring.

 + -1 moreThey do both housecleaning and flooring. They are very dependable and punctual. I have always found them to be trustworthy. They do very good work. I pay for the housecleaning on a weekly basis.
Description of Work: Ayala Services does both housecleaning and flooring. The wife comes out to do my housecleaning once a week and the husband has reconditioned our hardwood floors.
