Nathan and Glen were wonderful throughout the whole process of demolishing a carport in our backyard. They were very thorough and honest in the scope of work and services they could perform in an effort to save the structure. Both Nathan and Glen remained in constant contact throughout the job with daily updates and flexibility. The final product looks great and I would be happy to hire them in the future or recommend them to friends and family for future home projects.

Extremely professional and followed through with all of our requests. They answered all of our questions and addressed all of our concerns. All of the people in their crews were very professional and did excellent work. Management was on the job site constantly and made sure the job was done correctly. Garage Building Service
For quite a long time I had been wanting to expand my garage to make room for certain projects. I finally decided to proceed with the expansion and contacted Averon Construction in Houston. Nathan and Glen came to my home and I described what I wanted to do. Both of them took my ideas and expanded on them some and came back with an acceptable bid. I viewed the plans that they had drawn up and was very pleased. With the large tree that was near by, they had designed a building that would remain standing even if some of this tree were to come down during a storm. I decided to move forward and Averon Construction started the submission of the plans to the city for approval and permits. Permitting within the city can sometimes be a problem but between the three of us we worked it out and construction started. Glen was onsite almost every day to ensure that the subs did their work correctly and answered any questions they may have had. The concrete sub, the framing sub, the siding and painting sub and the electrical sub all knew Glen and Nathan and worked well with them. The scheduling of the material and the subs went on without a single problem and the building was constructed with no delays or difficulties. The addition that I had built by Averon Construction is a 30' x 40' building on a concrete slab with an 8' x 20' addition that I can use as a storage/work area. The storage/work area was an idea that Glen and Nathan came up with and I am very happy with it. The wall studs are 2x6s and the rafters are 2x10s. This building will remain standing during any storm or hurricane that could hit Brazoria county. I would highly recommend Averon Construction for any home project that you have in mind. Nathan and Glen are always involved in the projects and Glen was always onsite to answer any questions or concerns that may come up. I am very much pleased with the work they did and the outcome of the project. It turned out exactly as I had hoped it would.

I hired Averon based on their detailed inspection of the water leaks and roof issues that had not been properly addressed by other contractors. They provided a detailed report and bid and description of the work. Glen, the project manager responded to every call and question. He was on site frequently and kept me fully informed. The subs were excellent. They cleaned up every day. This work occurred during the Covid at home period and they were extremely careful and considerate. I would definitely recommend Averon to others and hire them again.

Hired them to remove a portion of load bearing wall. They were the only company out of 3 that inspected the load all the way up to the beams in the attic of this 2 story home. They used oversized beam while other companies wanted to use smaller means to carry the load. Install was quick fast and professional as well. Greatly satisfied with every aspect of this business.

Major Home Repair (General Contractor)
JC Walker and his crew did an excellent job on our house! They did everything our insurance company asked for right after we bought our home, including removing a tree, replacing rotted fascia and soffit, and installing gutters. They also made our house look great by painting it a beautiful color and putting lovely wood beams on our porch. They were fast, professional, and easy to keep in touch with and get updates from.
