They could have done better on the pricing. I wasn't very happy with the pricing, but I didn't figure that out until later. The salesperson I had didn't listen to me, so I had to keep repeating stuff over and over and it was tiring.

I used to love going to this shop when they were Champion, but since they changed to autonation their service is going down hill. I.e. last time it took them 3 hours to give me a quote for a bulb replacement! Even though, I went with a previously made appointment. After giving them many chances to redeem themselves i finally decided that i am not going back.

Making the online appointment was the first problem because finding their website by googling the business was a bit confusing. The first time I made an online appointment I got a couple confirmation emails and a frecorded phone message. The second time I got nothing to confirm my appointment.

I've always been happy with their service. The service writer that I've worked with for a long time isn't there anymore so that's a little disappointing to me because I really liked him. He gave great advice and saved me a lot of money over the years. The overall service has been good though and I'm about to call for them to pick up my truck for service as well.

This is the second vehicle we have purchased from Champion for two reasons: they have competitive prices and their sales staff is professional and very easy to work with. We had never special ordered a car before and there was a six-week wait period. However, Ryan offered us a good price, stayed in touch both by phone and e-mail and did a great job in the final sale/delivery meeting. And he's made a follow-up call since the purchase to make sure we are still happy with the Sienna (we are). We would shop Champion again.
