I drove to the address listed for Mario's business and could not locate it. Maybe he has a location but I could not find one. So, I called Mario and did not get an answer but Mario promptly called me back. He instructed me to text him what I needed done and within 10 minutes I sent out the text. Needless to say I have yet to hear back from him and that was about 5 days ago.  Don't know if he does good work or not but I suggest finding a person who works out of a store/shop, at least there you can actually see the products and discuss options at the location. I feel thats better than having to meet up with someone at your home or in a parking lot, just more professional.

Great. Called him that morning. He had two appointments but came to my work after both. Installed everything. Was quick. Cleaned up everything. 45 minutes later, he was done.

Mario is so helpful and accommodating - one of the nicest guy you'd ever meet. And the fact that he comes to my house to fix the car audio is extremely helpful to me; I am able to work from home as needed, so I didn't have to take off work to take my car to him twice for the two tasks - to identify the problem and to replace the defective part. Its nice to have my car sound working again - I went a few months without it , because it seems there are not many car audio repair services available. I was so glad to find this service that comes to our home on Angie's List!

Mario was grest. Called asked him about installing jvc radio, siriusxm tunner, and backup camera. He gave me a great quote of $275.00, about $100.00 less than best buy's quote. The best part was that he came to me, my home. He worked on everything right there. You can't beat that. He also installed a back taillight for no extra cost. He was on time, and quick. I had my wife's car done at Best Buy, and it took them more than 8hrs, and they had to schedule another appointment because it wasn't installed correctly, in addition they dropped our car remote behind the dash and had to reopen it to get it out. Mario did the same job in about 3hours or so. He did crack the dash, but he was honest about it, and repaired it to near perfect. All day I would hire this guy a again. I promise you'll be impressed with his work.

Mario returned my call and arranged time to come to my workplace to perform the installation. It was done quickly and well. This was the second time I've called Mario for this sort of work and I'll call him again if I have something else of this nature to be done.

The whole experience was great. Mario was great about helping me choose the best speakers for my use, and had fast, accurate communication. The stereo sounds awesome, and I am very happy with the whole deal.

Mario is mobile and he showed up when he said he would, performed the work in my garage for the price quoted, and it works! I'll call him the next time I need some auto electrical customization.

My car CD player no longer played out of both speakers. This was a CD player problem - not a speaker problem. AES is a mobile service, which was a nice plus. They came to my house, so I did not have to take the car and drop it off. Mario, the technician, diagnosed the problem quickly. Unfortunately, the radio had to be removed and repaired - which, to my surprise, disabled the whole vehicle! (a Nissan issue) He took it that day and had it returned by 12 noon the next day, which was a Saturday. He even worked the weekend, so I would not be without my vehicle. The CD player works beautifully.

I needed to get a set of speakers installed in my car. I was able to talk to a representative that gave me a quote on the phone and I didn't even have to call back. The quote was fair but they were to far from where I live to do the job. They were very nice and friendly. I wish I could have had them do the job.

I'm not sure if he is still working. I called and left a message twice and never recieved a call back.

The original CD player of our car would not release the CD anymore.. We've been listening to the same CD for a while.. We bought a new JVC CD player to replace the broken one. We took the item to a Nissan dealer, and they could not install it because it was not a Nissan item.. One person at the dealer suggested that we take the car to a Best Buy store; We had a cd player installed at one of these stores before, but this time we were unable to find one store in Houston that would perform this service..
In the same car, there was also a broken cup holder, one of those flip out/in types. We found the item online, and the same dealer estimated in about $200 to remove the broken cup holder and install the one we bought...
We found Automotive Electronic Specialists here at Angies List - the mobile service seemed unusual, but the reviews were very good. We called and left a message. Mr. Rodriguez called us back. We discussed the services we needed and how much that would cost us. We forgot to buy the bracket used for the installation of the CD player, but Mr. Rodriguez had one. We set up an appointment for the same day. Mr. Rodriguez was punctual; He came to our house with one person. In about 2-2.5 hours, they installed the cup holder and the CD player. AND they tested the CD player, which had Bluetooth capabilities! They were great!!

Mario works mobile, so he came to my home, to diagnose and repair the problem.
His approach was careful, thoughtful and showed his experience and expertise. He had to make two trips offsite to get parts for testing but returned quickly each time to make certain that he could get the job done in the same afternoon. When he left, everything was repaired and worked like new. The car, which he had to open up in several areas to get the equipment, was left perfectly put back together and clean.
Excellent work and did a fantastic job on a difficult diagnostic problem.

He was on time, courteous, knowledgable and efficient. He complete the replacement in less than an hour. His mobile service was a big plus for me. I would recommend him to anyone needing his service.

Fantastic work. Mario was very responsive, punctual, and was extremely knowledgeable and willing to explain what was wrong and what needed to be done. It was so convenient to have my car repaired in my own driveway. Instead of taking my car away while the work was done, they just removed the stereo and took it back to their shop to repair, then brought it back and reinstalled everything in under 10 minutes. The dealer had installed our car battery backwards at first, which had fried the power supply and blown the fuses of the stereo and amp. Rather than insist on replacing both, they were able to replace just the necessary circuit boards, power supply, and fuses. It's a flat $75 service fee to have them come out and assess the work, but we were never charged any labor fees beyond that regardless of how much work they did. We could have possibly found cheaper, but after using a mobile car repair service I am spoiled by not having to lose my car while it's being worked on.
