I was extremely pleased with the service provided here. The owner of the shop got me in the same day and he charged me not only a very fair amount but also made sure that it was most cost effective for me so I didn't have to file a claim with my insurance. I had forgotten a credit or debit card that day, and they drove me down the street to my bank so that I could get cash while they were fixing the window. I thought that was the best customer service I've ever received from an auto shop by far. I will definitely be going here as long as I possibly can.

Extremely smoothly, as always. The bushing replacement was minor, and the scheduled maintenance was routine. I got a full report of the car's condition and probable future needs, but was advised to wait until symptoms appeared before spending money to address them.
Owner/service adviser Marcus is a font of useful information about a vehicle and a joy to work with. His prices are not cheap but the quality of the work is well worth it and they stand behind their work. Marcus and Autohaus have my highest regard.

These guys are really good. They have a really good customer service. The 2 people are customer service representatives give a level of service that is quite rare. Then they turn you over the mechanics. I've had good luck with them, not every time but better than most.

We have used them for years and years and years. They have been completely reliable, helpful, friendly and honest. They are concerned with the customer. They have been willing to say that we may not drive that car until we fix it. We would send anyone there. They only work on old Mercedes Benz. We have spent thousands of dollars over the years with them. They are good at what they do and they are honest about what they do. We haven't compared their prices but we don't really think they have ever taken us on anything. We will absolutely continue to use them.
