They are always friendly and professional. Never have to wait when I have made an appointment and also took great care when I had a nail in my tire. They had time (lucky me) that day to fix it within 30 minutes.

I have received services from Autocheck on several occasions. I have never had to go back for anything. Like most places they recommend additional items to be fixed but you will find in the coming months their diagnosis were dead on and you will have to go back. They send reminder so you do not forget and so you can bring your car back in to be checked. They once told me that i needed a radiator and i decided against getting it since there were no signs. A few months later my car was overheating but i was able to get it to Autocheck and they fixed it with no problems. They even offered a rental once when i needed to get to class. Overall, they are professional, they even offer shuttle service to your destination and timely.

I took my car back the second time when I had air conditioner problem, they quoted me over $2K to get it fixed. I was upset because it took them all day to diagnose the problem and they never call me back to tell me the status, and when I called to check on it, they told me they'll call me right back and they never did. I was so tired of waiting, I finally asked a friend to drive me to the shop so I can get my car back. After that I went to an auto shop bought a new air filter replaced it and it works fine since.

they We all know it's difficult to find a good and trustworthy mechanic. I
found Auto Check One one *elp.com because of the Android app. They had a
coupon and the reviews were positive. I called and I had to drop my car
off there during my lunch break. I spoke with Joe and he recommended
that I leave the car because they had more cars waiting. I thought I'd
be able to pick it up later that day, but I didn't expect the job to be
finished. Joe called me around 6pm and said that they were not able to
get to it that day and will have i ready in the AM.
I returned
in the AM and Joe said that they broke one of the tire stems. Simple
replacement should take 15-20 minutes. About an hour later I'm off.
In
any case, they were a little late in getting me out the door, but
overall the experience with Joe and the rest of the crew was pleasant.
He apologized for the delay and provided a $20.00 gift certificate for
my trouble. So there's that.
I think if the place were close to my work or home, I would send all of my work to them. Seems like a trustworthy place.

They are outstanding; the service manager is excellent and I am pleased with the service; especially on high end vehicles. I have recommended them and they frequently have on-line specials. I will use them again in the future.
