I waited 3 months for service, kept changing my appointment at the very last minute and wanted to come while I was at work, they we?re not flexible at all, like they had bigger jobs to do. Eventually Scott came by last Thursday said he could not replace my pan, after they had given me a quote back early July. He was not friendly just said you need a new unit and without any further help he left. Very rude. I know my unit is old and needs replacement, but I do not appreciate the way I was treated.

The owner Scott is very responsive. He is good and provided great service. They were awesome!

Ashford Air (Houston) responded within 24 hours and diagnosed the problem as a disconnected low voltage wire. They also observed and reported that the vent pipe on the water heater had been displaced resulting in excess C02 emissions which was a potential safety issue but was not within their scope.

They come out very regularly and thy have been very helpful.  This house was built in the 70’s and we have the same air conditioning unit that came with the house. They have encouraged us to keep it because he said it is a better air conditioner than anything else you can buy. When there is a problem or part of it starts rust he just cleaned that up and put in something new so it has been able to continue. They are very professional and we are very pleased with everything they did. We will go to them to replace the air conditioning. They climb up in our tiny attic and find these problems.

Three people came out for the job. It was a big job and required welding as well. The job they did was great and the unit is working very well still. I'd recommend them to friends and family. Overall it was a great experience.

I called at 10:30. He arrived at 1:00. It is 1:30 and the cold air is blasting out of my vents. He charged an exceedingly reasonable price (under $100). How does it get any better? I will keep Ashford Air in my contacts and will recommend to anyone!

I have a home warranty and after sending 3 separate companies out to try to repair my heating/ac issues, they determined that I needed a new compressor. I could either spend $700 to have them install a builder grade compressor (to replace my Trane) or spend $3,500 to upgrade to a Trane. I called Ashford Air to get a 4th opinion. They were able to fix the issue by replacing a part not related to the compressor at all. The other 3 companies had misdiagnosed the problem. After 6 weeks, I finally have heat and AC back. These guys know what they are doing! They fixed the problem for the same amount I would have had to pay for the builder grade compressor. It turned out if I had replaced the compressor, it would not have solved the problem. The guys are polite, professional, and knowledgeable. More importantly, I feel safe with them in my house.

He has nursed this air conditioner since we have been here which has been about 12 years. He comes out when I call and we have good results. We haven't had to buy a new air conditioner.

Our initial call was answered promptly and arrangements where made for the technician come to the house that same day. The technician arrived on time and was courteous and professional. He diagnosed the problem as a faulty controller board. He promptly got a replacement and since it was still under warrenty he was able to handle that, reducing our out-of-pocket cost significantly. There were also some issues with old wiring in the outside unit and he replaced those as well. Finally he inspected the overall unit and encouraged us to change filters regularly.

Arrived on time. Vaughn went to the attic, used bleach for the drain in the attic while Don cleaned off the outdoor coils. Friendly, efficient and out of here quickly.

AC was not cooling. After an inspection they found the the compressor was grounded, he researched and found that the part was still under warranty, thank goodness otherwise it would have cost about a 1000 just for part. He went to pickup part and replaced it and even changed out our filters.
