They were able to replace a zipper pull that I hadn't been able to fix for years.  I couldn't find anyone else to do it. While it took three weeks because they had to find a pull, it works well and I was happy to wait.  I thought it was overpriced considering that it was just a pull, but I don't have any idea how to value this service.

Service was friendly and it took about a week. I thought the price was reasonable and I am happy with the results. Dropping another pair off today. I do recommend keeping up with your ticket, it will make the pick up much smoother. Especially when you are dropping something off as common as black dress shoes or boots.

The service took 2 weeks, but my bag looked great when I received it. The price was also much better than competitors (I went to 4 other places who either could not do the work, could not guantee the work, or were crazy expensive). I will absolutley use Arris again!

I was greeted by the owner of this small shoe repair shop. He examined the three pairs of shoes I brought in and gave an estimate to repair two pairs. He felt the third pair was not worth the cost of the needed repairs. I know have two pairs of dress shoes that have been resoled and look like new.
