Steve is very professional, knowledgeable, and very importantly, personable. His company also exhibited great communication in scheduling the work. You can sense that he is a person of integrity who will not try to up sell you for unnecessary services. My downstairs unit is over 22 years old and I inquired from him whether it needed to be replaced (given the age, I thought it was near the end of its serviceable life and a couple other AC companies had informed me that it should be replaced). Steve checked the unit, made some repairs, added freon and now the unit is working great. Even though I asked him for a quote to replace the unit, Steve told me that the unit still has life left in it but recommended that it be maintained regularly. He could easily have told me that it had to be replaced particularly given some of the issues this unit had exhibited before his repair. Thanks you Steve. You are a man of integrity. Will definitely call on you in the future.

Well, major issue in scheduling. I get calls they are coming out when NOT scheduled ; and when scheduled, they have to defer due to vacation. Must be a one man shop. It's been nearly 2 months since I paid for service, BUT NO SERVICE!!!!

After searching for 2 months on replacing my AC unit, I finally found a company with a reasonable price and provided me with all the information I needed to know. Steve and his team did a GREAT job , going above and beyond. I will definitely be using their services again!

Steve himself came out to my family's home in Kingwood, TX, in the middle of an anniversary weekend with his wonderful partner and girlfriend! Steve's a devout and knowledgeable professional-- He quickly troubleshooted the issues with the home HVAC, provided a temporary solution, then returned the very next day to perform the full valve replacement.

The installation was flawless. Steve and his crew performed the installation in a timely manner and left the house in perfect condition. I initially met Steve when my energy provider offered a complimentary energy check up a few years ago. Steve arrived and checked both of our HVAC units more thoroughly than anyone I have ever paid to check them on an annual basis. He found several obvious issues that the other AC people should have addressed and corrected them free of charge.

After the new unit was installed last month, Steve returned and corrected an issue another repairman caused for a reasonable price. I am recommending Steve to all my friends and family.

As a contractor, I count on my subs to do great work to make me look better, that's why I always use AMS for my heating and ventilation needs. Mr. Arredondo and his crew have always provided great and reliable service at a great price! I have used AMS on several projects and my clients are always happy with his work. No call no show. They were very nice people at first now can't get anyone on the phone.

I had another company come out to fix my A/C and I was told I had to replace my A/C unit and they would give me a good deal.  I got a second quote from AMS, he came out and found the problem to be a simple fuse.   I appreciate his honesty.  My A/C is working great.
