When we first called in a man came out who was super nice. After we signed the contract he would not return my calls. They told me they could not deliver my goods on the date I had chosen so, I changed the time and they lady in the office told me that wouldn’t work. She wanted to put our stuff in storage and then redeliver it. I would not talk to her after that. I talked to her boss and he went out of his way for us. He got the date scheduled that I wanted. I talked to Pete, who was the manager of the office. Pete worked with us and got us a driver. The driver was amazing! Everything from there on out was super. The people who came out to move the big stuff were great. We have not had any damages that we had to claim which is great!

They were very courteous. They packed some of our larger items and moved everything I had packed and all of our furniture and belongings. They were very prompt. We received all of our things in the minimum time that they had quoted.

They gave a contract for $19,600 to move us. When we were driving to Georgia on 26th of August, they called my husband and asked for another $5000. So the moving coated us $24000. The people who put the things on the truck, we did not have issues with them. When the things were supposed to be unloaded, we had a lot of issues. Things were broken and missing. We knew that those things were loaded. We were not happy as pricing was an issue. The unload experience was not as smooth as it should have been. They were fine on punctuality. I wouldn’t recommend them to anybody. I would never use them in the future.
