Description of Work: From: Gina Hall: If you feel that you need to do that then you will. I can't control what your warranty covers and what it doesn't cover. I have tried to solve this with you so there is nothing else I can do. I can assure you that the work is proper and to code I was only offering to refund the transition modification because you were not happy with it. I am sorry that you feel that is not good enough. Around the Clock charged me $55.00 for the call out, then un-necessarily $895.00 for ‘modification work’ that was NOT covered under the warranty and performed un-necessary work with modifying the transition And this work has to be re-done which will cost me additional money. If you are unable to re-fund the $895.00, then I will be forced to proceed with another option including the State. From: Gina Hall [mailto:

[email protected] Subject: Re: PROBLEM FW: Work Order 602227606 - AroundtheClockINV I am sorry . I have tried to work something out with you. The charges that you paid were charges that the home warranty did not cover. The job could not be done without the other items. I have tried to resolve this with you so there is not much else I can do. [email protected] Subject: Re: PROBLEM FW: Work Order 602227606 - AroundtheClockINV It was the main drain pan which is attached to the coil you can't replace the main drain pan only the secondary drain pan. There was no choice but to replace the coil. I have no problem refunding the charge for the transition modification but not the rest of the work. I don't feel that is fair. Instead of jacking up the furnace to replace the pan, you all sold me on a job and charged me extra money, for replacing the coil that wasn’t needed. Changing out the drain pan would have been simple. Instead, Around the Clock said the coils were in the way, and needed to be replaced. First American paid for the coil – but your company charged me $55.00 (service fee) and another $895.00 for ‘modification work’ possibly because you wouldn’t have made any money on me. If you are offering to refund the entire amount of $895.00 I will obtain bids to have the modification re-work completed as of right now, I am unable to sell my home until the modification Is done properly. Too much air restriction in the modification work Around the Clock performed. From: Gina Hall [mailto:

[email protected] Subject: Re: PROBLEM FW: Work Order 602227606 - AroundtheClockINV That is not what was explained. Seth explained that first american does not have to replace with the exact same coil or same brand just has to be the same tonnage. The new coil was larger than the old coil which means that there had to be modifications made to fit the new coil to the existing transition. You paid for a transition modification not a new transition. Everything that was done is proper and up to code. There is nothing to fix. I understand that someone else is telling you different information and that is ok that is his opinion. I am very sorry that you are unhappy with the transition modification that was done and I can refund you the money that you paid for the transition modification if that will help. The other charges were for different items so I can not refund that part but since you are unhappy with the modification and may want to have it changed to a new transition instead of the modified one I can try to help with the problem that way. I don't want you to feel as if you were ripped off or have improper work done at your home. Modifications have to be made on every coil when they are changed out and unless you purchase a new transition that is the way that it is installed. Also Sean is my husband but not the sole owner. I am part owner on the company and handle all customer service issues. Please let me know if this resolution will work for you. Seth said ‘it is what it is’ and Around the Clock would not fix. He blamed First American for ordering the incorrect sized coil. I told Seth that Around the Clock should have never installed the coils, knowing they were not the right size. Therefore, they made modification to the coil ordered by
