Very quick and professional. Dave had all of the equipment and materials and discussed the problem and then treated the trees.

The service was great. They fit me into their schedule early. They did a great job and cleaned up well.

A great experience. I've worked with Arbor Care before and been pleased. They have a new arborist in training and he is just as awesome as their prior consultant. Arbor Care is now merged with Arbor True. I felt confident that my trees would be trimmed appropriately for their health and to protect my house without sacrificing shade or stimulating excessive wild growth over the next few years. The work crew was fast, polite, and receptive to my questions and comments while they worked. The quote was about 75$ less than the gentleman who was recommended on NextDoor who does not have the same professional qualifications, and who recommended a "lion's tail" approach to my live oaks which is associated with even old trees getting uprooted in storms. Just because all your neighbors are doing the lion's tail doesn't mean it's the best way to trim your trees. Go with folks who know a bit more what they're doing and are asked to consult on some of the really old gigantic trees around public buildings.

Beautiful work. Our live oak trees are the prettiest on our street. They trimmed them for us in 2016 and again in March 2019. ArborCare is our choice for tree care.

We'll see. So far so good, but it will take time to find out for sure.

They did excellent work. They arrived on time, did a beautiful job on trimming my tree. They removed all the debris. You couldn't tell from the yard, that my tree had been extensively trimmed. The work they did was so good, that a neighbor remarked on it and asked for their information. I've used them in the past and had the same wonderful service. I would recommend them.

I can always count on Arbor Care for outstanding work at a fair price. Jesse Harvey is a knowledgeable and forthright Arborist, he has given solid assessments and advice. The crew did a great job of taking down the red tip and stump grinding, the foreman was very polite and provided good follow up. Crepe Myrtle is blossoming beautifully, excellent work on trimming the crown.

The crew removed the trees on Friday, and ground out the stumps today. Beautiful cleanup, efficient, I didn't have to be home when the work was done. I will definitely hire them for tree trimming next year.

They did fine work at a reasonable cost. The Arborist/salesman was very professional. I thought the cleanup was ok but could have been better so in the future I would talk to them about this. I did not mention it to them at the time of the work.

This company is expensive, but in this case you really do get what you pay for. They are prompt, professional and extremely competent in tree care. Their arborist, JT O'Keane, provided an onsite estimate and the crew arrived promptly as scheduled. Work was done quickly and they cleaned up every stray twig and leaf after trimming was done. Our trees have never looked this good. Highly recommended.

Project went great. Arbor Care showed up as expected, trimmed the trees and cleaned up the mess. AC worked fast and the result was just as expected.

Very professional and knowledgeable. We had them return to do a anti-fungal soil drench in attempts to save the tree. It seemed to do better, until Hurricane Harvey came, which seems to have killed it.

Our request for an estimate was answered promptly with an on-site inspection. The crew was extremely professional and efficient, arriving on time, taking care not to damage other landscaping, and cleaning up all debris. The result was a much more beautiful and healthy-looking tree that gives me joy to see every day.

Met with Arborist for evaluation, guy was top-notch and professional. Very happy with work provided - absolutely no debris left behind. Only 1 minor complaint -they cut an inverse square into the Red Tip, at the corner of the roof - I had assumed they would cut a more natural shape. Also, they don't have any form of online billing (Paypal, etc); I think it could allow quicker transactions for both the business and its customers. Still, overall very pleased with the work and with the professional attitude of all Arbor Care staff.

It did require a reminder phone call to get the appointment set up, but after that all went well. The team came on time, followed the arborist's instructions, and cleaned up completely.
