Our pool was constructed by Aqua Life Pool Services, and they did an outstanding job. Raul gave us perfect understanding of how the pool work would be done. Our expectations were set right. The crew was professional and executed the work with great precision. Ariel ensured clear communication throughout the process and was consistently present to make sure everything met our needs and as per contract. The pool was completed in just one month. We just completed our pool project with Aqualife and the process was super smooth and incredibly quick. Our dig day was on January 4th and the project was completed on January 30th. Aqualife is family-owned and was incredibly easy to work with throughout the design and construction process. Ariel the owner, did an excellent job at communicating with us throughout the construction process and was very accommodating to changes we requested. We always knew what was going to happen next in the construction. Ariel was also super helpful in guiding us during our selection of materials and helped us bring our vision to life. I highly recommend that anyone in Houston who is looking to do a pool build to consider Aqualife.

They started our pool in February and it has been a complete nightmare all the way to August and if course the pool is still not done! The workmanship is poor, literally everything has had to be redone on our pool, things under warranty that should be replaced he won't replace, he won't check on the work done by the subs who are absolutely horrible, the owner Ariel will set days to have things "fixed" and then no show and ignore your phone calls after. I promise you absolutely do NOT want to use these crooks for your pool! Use anyone else! We're in the process of hiring an attorney to sue them.

It’s was a nightmare from the start. Took over a year to do, never got permits to start, dug hole and left it to sit 6 months before anything started but tried to get $10,000 for the hole. We now have cracks in the spa and it leaks, cracked deck and the deck is also separating from the pool and sinking. The spa empties every time the pool shuts down. We can get ahold of Ariel or Arian and have tried repeatedly. They never showed up when they made appts, one of their crew followed me while I walked my dogs, we had to beg and plead for them to do anything until it came time for the money. We had to pay the city $1,000 for going past their permit deadline. Their own contractors said they were not good honest people to deal with but we were halfway in the project. My husband worked as a fire fighter for 35 years to earn that pension only to throw it away on their company. My husband had a stroke and heart attack at the same time during this and I know it was the stress of the build. I’m waiting for them to fix the pool before we end up flooding the neighborhood. I will have to contact our lawyer I’m afraid. The pool is beautiful but done incorrectly and now we are going to have to sue. All they had to do was come fix the issues but I guess when you can’t own up to your mistakes you run and hide. Good luck to the rest of you.

We hired aqualife at a very competive price. They provided us with a nice pool that has stood the test of time over the last few years. Ariel was easy to work with and he kept the project moving along. Three years into the pool and we are still happy with the decision to use them.

We hired Aqualife Pools to install a swimming pool with stamped concrete patio. The job began in January and finished in March 2019. The stamped concrete had quality issues during install which required 4 different attempts to repair and which delayed the overall project by 2 weeks. 2 months later, at the beginning of May 2019, the concrete cracked all over. Ariel Gonzalez, Aqualife owner, was notified at the beginning of May and 1.5 months later still has not sent anyone to fix the concrete. He has told us more than 5 times that someone is coming out to fix it on a particular date and nobody shows up. Now Ariel has stopped responding/communicating to my messages.
