About us

We've been pressure washing (power washing) since 1995. We provide residential and commercial service throughout Houston and all surrounding areas. We are insured for your protection. We treat your house just like you are part of the family because family is important to us. Our methods provide damage free cleaning to remove mold, mildew, dirt, grime, gum, algae, rust and oil (plus other fluids leaked from vehicles). We specialize in removing mold, mildew and algae from stucco (EIFS) and hardi plank. Regular humidity, sprinklers and rain can all provide enough moisture to make the exterior of your home look like a green monster attacked it, especially on the north side of your home.

Mike and Tracy did a great job cleaning the entire exterior of our 3-story house, including balconies and the inside of our 3-story porch. This included the mold and mud dauber nests. They were very nice and easy to work with, very professional and cleaned up well after finishing.

The work was excellent. Our house looked like the day we bought it. Clean colorful brick and brightly painted trim. Our sidewalks, entry way and patio were washed and came out great. Our clogged gutters were cleaned out and ready for the rain. They did a great job!

Extremely happy with the service. I thought I needed to repaint the house before the wash was done. I didn't realize how bad it was. It looks brand new now! Mike is great at what he does and he does not cut corners. He actually takes PRIDE in his work. The customer service was outstanding, over the phone and in person. Mike earned a customer for life!
