Appliance Repair by Curt Smith

Curt Smith helped me with a broken washing machine (refused to drain). He’s a down-to-earth person who was professional and courteous. He worked with my schedule and came out promptly. He was able to clear a serious clog that was preventing my machine from draining, and he gave me good advice on my machine generally. He is also willing to work on older machines; other service providers I contacted had “service exclusions” for older machines (always read the fine print). I was happy with Mr. Smith’s work and would definitely call him again.

The first time he showed up a minor part was required. A second call was necessary ( different problem) a month later. He did state that a total replacement would be less expensive than a repair. I appreciated the honesty

I called Mr Smith at 9pm and he came ready to fix the fridge at 8am. He cleaned up everything. He was efficient polit and professional.

My tenants called to get their fridge line fixed. Provider was prompt and fixed the problem at a reasonable price. However while moving the fridge he snapped off a piece of the kitchen countertop siding and did not apologize. He did not help clean up the mud that was brought into the kitchen. End of story.

Since these appliances were failing right before Thanksgiving, we were eager to fix them for our renter. They were extremely speedy in responding and fixing the issues.

He is a very kind man and good person. He seemed like he knew what he was doing. The last time he couldn't fix it and didn't charge me. There was nothing more he could do to it. It wasn't his fault it wasn't working, he replaced it with all new parts.

If I were telling a friend or family member about their service I would tell them to call Curt Smith.

THE WASHER WAS GREAT. EVERYONE I SPOKE TO WAS FRIENDLY.
