The visit only took 10 or 15 minutes.

Procedure was great. They worked us in and gave us a fair price. But follow-up was a nightmare. We paid for medicine that we failed to pick up as we were leaving. We went back to see if it was left on the counter. We were not upset; we just wanted to see if it got left or maybe a client after us picked it up. We had a perfectly civil conversation with the staff and sat quietly to wait for the technician, but the veterinarian came out and threatened us with police action and asked us to leave for no reason and would not even allow me to ask a question. We were totally blindsided. We have used this vet for years for multiple animals, but the practice has been recently sold. We will never go back. They did fine on the dog, but I would not recommend anyone using this practice unless you like being treated like crap.

I will use their service in the future most definitely.

Dr. Johnson has been our vet for years (through several dogs). We trust him.
We used the boarding services for the first time earlier this month. There was some mix up with our reservation when we brought the dogs in for boarding on a saturday morning, but it was quickly resolved. We would use them again.

What makes us go back to them is because they care so much about all the animals. Dr. Johnson is the owner and he cares so much that he makes house calls for us, also because he knows my husband is sick. We cannot always get out to him so he comes to us, which is great. Sometimes, he is sensitive to our financial restrains because, right now we are not working, so he takes that into consideration, many times. He works things out with us financially. He has compassion and he would do everything he could to help the animal and the owner. There are two doctors there and other doctor we have used there is Dr. Jessica Crider.

They have a nice facility where the dogs can play. The staff is really nice. I've used Dr. Johnson for over 15 years.
