Appliance Repair
On January 5th, day 90, the same thing went wrong with the refrigerator. We lost all of the food in this refrigerator. I tried to call to make an appointment for AMR to come back out and provide warranty service. The business phone was disconnected. "The cricket phone you are trying to call is disconnected." I have not been able to locate a new business phone number.

Appliance Repair, Small Appliance Repair
On October 13, 2013, AMR was called to see a broken dishwasher. Repair man, Alex Ray, made an initial inspection to determine what was wrong. On October 15th Came to the house to change Motor in dishwasher. After working three hours approx. in dishwasher DISCOVERED he had purchased wrong model. On October 18 Came back "with the right model" Worked another 3 hours in dishwasher having issues, an error message on panel and "finally got it to work". Dishwasher worked one time and same error on panel appeared again. On October 28th Technician was called to fix since there is a 90 day warranty. Tech came by same day. Waste another hour and a half on dishwasher, picked his tools and said he was not going to spend more time trying to figure it out that [quote] "HE DID NOT KNOW WHAT WAS WRONG AND THAT HE COULD GO CRAZY TRYING TO FIGURE IT OUT". That he would get back with me as to what would proceed since his father is the one that takes decisions in regards to the business. I requested my money back and he said that "possibly they can return the money for parts but not the labor. My question is what labor? HE DID NT FIX ANYTHING. I called the technician after he failed to call. I was informed he'd be here on Sat 2nd to repair dishwasher. The morning of November 2 he called to cancel appt. I have called my husband has called and he does not return calls. When he does return calls he just gives excuses or lies to us. For what we now, the man does not know what he is doing, his lack of customer service is visible and he has NO INTEREST in resolving this issue. We still have a dishwasher that does not work and he was paid in full. First payment of 35 dlls for inital visit, second 200 for motor, third 210 for "labor" and a gasket. My dishwasher does not work. I have paid for a service and I need my appliance working.
