Very bad experience. The tech seemed to use a bit of flimflam in telling me what he would charge. He never let me inspect the brochure to see what the charge for various services would be.

I DIDN'T LIKE THE FACT THEY KEPT ADDING THINGS TO THE BILL. THE WORK WAS GOOD, BUT THE PRICE SEEMED A LITTLE HIGH. I HAD A LITTLE PROBLEM WITH MY CREDIT CARD & I WAS TREATED RUDELY ABOUT IT! I PROBABLY WON'T USE THIS COMPANY IN THE FUTURE.

They did a wonderful job everything was straight and level. I was just thrilled that they put in an automatic garage door with remote controls. They did a great job on the installation and it works just beautifully.

SERVICE TECHNICIAN, REXAL WILLIAMSON, WAS ON TIME AND DID THE WORK IN ALLOTTED TIME. CHECKED THAT WE WERE SATISFIED WITH EVERYTHING THAT WAS DONE, SHOWED US HOW TO DO THE MAINTENANCE ON THE DOORS. CLEANED THE WORK AREA WHEN FINISHED. FINAL PRICE WAS SAME AS THE ESTIMATE. VERY PLEASED WITH THE ENTIRE PROCESS.
