 + -1 moreTerribly. They cut down my bush instead of trimming and did not touch the limb over my roof. They have not finished the job and I want my money back. I have not been successful in contacting them.
Description of Work: They were supposed to cut back the brush along my fence in my back yard. They were also supposed to cut down a limb that was over my roof.

 + 0 moreThings went terribly wrong, they just tore up my property, collected money on the promise of getting materials to finish the job, but instead, they collected my money and ran off, disappeared, never to be seen or heard from again. I spent $8K with them and the only thing I have to show for it is piles of trash, destroyed property and unfinished work. It will probably cost me twice as much to put everything back together that they destroyed. Please beware of Gregory Trevino and Caroline of Americans Best Construction. Should be name Americans Worst Ever Construction.
Description of Work: Gregory Trevino and Caroline promised to do some repair work on my home, they started by partially demolishing and destroying my property and then requested draws totaling $8K for materials and after I gave it to them they took off and never came back. Just criminal behavior. Please beware of these two hustlers.

 + -1 moreNothing went well, it was a horrible nightmare from the beginning. They kept promising that things will look better when they are done and not to worry about how screwed up things were looking now. I was hustle by some incompetent contractors named GREGORY TREVINO and his partner in crime named CAROLINE. Gregory Trevino and Caroline hustled me for $8K and basically didn't do anything good to my home, they just tore up as much as they could to get more money from me and abandoned the job. I will probably have to spend twice as much to repair all the damages the done to my home and complete all the unfinished work. Please beware of these two shady people.
Description of Work: Americans Best Construction operated by GREGORY TREVINO and his partner in crime CAROLINE. Contract was to: (1) Remove & Replace walkway with slate, (2) Level and repair front porch, (3) Pressure wash, prep, and paint all exterior wood on house and replace rotted board with pressure treated pine. (4) Build a small pitch roof over flat roof approx.4' x 10', (5) level add-on room, level front porch, (6) Repair/replace all window screens, (7) Replace rotted 105 with hardi board in various areas, (8) Replace shingles around entire roof and add drip edge, (9) add gravel to backyard area to create a patio area. (10) level covered structure over walkway. What was done: Unprofessional pressure washing, splattering debris all over my property and my neighbors property and didn't clean up mess, broke windows and screens with pressure washing. Replaced some rotted wood with regular pine instead of pressure treated, replaced some rotted wood with rotted wood that was previously removed from my house. They tore off my siding and didn't replace it, they tore up my walkway and left a pile of bricks and concrete in front of my house. They tore apart my window screens and my alarm system and didn't bother to repair either. They painted the wood but unprofessionally by getting paint all over my bricks, driveway, landscaping, etc. and didn't bother to remove paint from my bricks while denying that they did it. They didn't finish any of the jobs listed but kept requesting money and promised to finish all work in a timely manner, but instead after collecting $8K of my money, they ran off/abandoned the entire job, leaving everything torn up and unfinished. My whole house is torn apart from my front walkway to huge piles of trash left in my backyard. Then,they won't answer the phone and suddenly became unreachable. Classic case of being conned by some fast talkers. BEWARE OF GREGORY TREVINO AND HIS WOMAN/PARTNER IN CRIME CAROLINE!!!
