Kevin was very professional and thorough. He was comfortable with me walking along with him during the home inspection, and he educated me about all of the issues that we observed. He was great at explaining which issues I could safely fix myself versus those where it was more advisable to hire a professional. The inspection report was very detailed with pictures and thermal images, and it was organized in a way that prioritized which issues needed immediate repairs compared to those that were more cosmetic in nature. Notably, one of the great advantages Kevin offers over others is the fact that he's a one-stop-shop for all your inspection needs. Why bother separately hiring someone to inspect for pests, someone to inspect your pool/spa, and yet another person to inspect your sprinkler system?
