Eric did a great job for a reasonable price. He was courteous and professional. Provided a free quote and then showed up as scheduled. He removed mold and mildew from our Hardy plank on the sides of the house and on the chimney.Everything looks good.

Eric came out promptly. He was detailed in his estimate. He communicated with me through the whole process. It was easy and wonderful to work with him.

Eric was diligent and detailed. Came to clean badly stained concrete patio. He worked for 2.5 days and it looked brand new when finished! Also did my windows and fence. Fantastic guy and very hard worker- honest and dependable.

CONSISTENT AND INTELLIGENT HUMAN

Eric called within what felt like seconds after I put in the request. He arrived as scheduled, and explained in detail how the estimate would be structured. He listened to everything I requested, and did an amazing job. I thought that our driveway and patio etc. were just going to look bad, and Eric was sure he could make it look good. He delivered every bit! A truly amazing person, a hard worker, and just all around nice guy! If you need power washing services, Eric is your guy - period!

I was getting my house ready for sale and decided to have certain areas professionally power washed. I booked Amen 2 through HomeAdvisor. My advice is that when booking Amen 2 pressure washing do not allow work to begin without a written estimate. I met with Eric before the job and we discussed the items I wanted power washed. He is very polite and respectful. We did not discuss pricing, only the work to be done. I left the house for the office while Eric started to power wash. (Approximately 8:30) During the day he sent me before and after photos of various areas he had cleaned. I was impressed with how things looked. At about 3:45 I received a text with a temporary receipt from Eric. The amount was $1374.56 including tax. I was stunned to say the least. Based on the time he was there that was the equivalent of $200 per hour. (For spraying water on dirty things until they are not dirty anymore) Eric met me at my office and after some negotiation I paid him $1274. Upon arriving at my house I discovered two things that upset me. First, all of the dirt that had been washed from my sidewalk and driveway was in front of my driveway in the street. Driving through it left mud tracks on the newly cleaned surface. Secondly, my front door was covered with lime green spots. Eric had used a cleaning chemical that took pigment out of the paint. We had never discussed power washing any painted surfaces. The door had been painted in April and was already clean. After sending him a text photo he agreed to come over the next day to repaint the door. There were other painted surfaces that he had power washed and knocked off paint but I did not point those out to him. He came over the next day and did a good job repainting my door. While he was there we discussed his pricing and he told me that no one had ever complained before. Perhaps that is true but every person I have told about this ordeal has said that Eric's charges were outrageous. Most thought $500 to $700 would have been reasonable for 7 hours of power washing. Other than the $100 Eric agreed to take off the price on the day of the service, he never offered to refund any money to me. In hindsight if I had discussed pricing before work started, I would have been more specific about what needed washing in order to cut the price down. A couple of days after the service was performed I was cleaning the mud out of the street in front of my house and noticed that my newly painted house street numbers also had paint stripped off from the power washing. Based on the numerous problems and the premium pricing, I would not recommend Amen 2 Pressure Washing.

Eric did a remarkable job at power washing the exterior of my home. This was my 1st time getting my house power washed in over 20yrs & he made it look new again! Eric was very responsive to all my questions. Will use him again & not wait so long.
