We are really happy with Amazing Spaces, it's really good.

They have been really good, but they are a little pricey. Their facility is neat and clean, everything is operational and working.

The storage facility and units are clean and easy to access. The staff is wonderful. They are friendly and helpful. I currently rent a unit and have rented two others in the past at Amazing Spaces. I would not rent anywhere else.

I have had no problems with them I have been with them for a few years. i like the location and the storage units are newer.

It's been seven years since I used them, so my information would be pretty old.? I guess I'd say they're very clean. They have a very nice office area and you can preview the sizes of the spaces.? They actually have mock-ups in the main office of some of the sizes. So you don't have to actually go out on the property to look at them, unless you're talking about the really big ones. That's helpful.? They sell boxes and shipping supplies there.? But they keep the property very neat, clean, and well guarded.? It does require a code to get in, but you are limited; you do not have 24 hour access.? I paid by the year, so I'm afraid I would be way off if I gave you the cost.? Besides, it would be seven years old.? I have a storage unit at another place and it's gone up about four times during that time, so anything I would tell you would be not accurate. I can't even remember because we had different storage units at different points and we reduced it at one point, and I can't even remember what I paid for the individual one.? Like I said, we paid annually so I could get a discount.? If you pay them annually, they will give you a discount.? I had it for a couple of years.?The first unit we got was in November of 2007. They're good - I would give them an A.? They worked with me when we were moving locations.? They pride themselves in cleanliness and accessibility and everything.? I had a pretty good relationship with them and I've had other storage spaces that didn't offer the level of service that they do, so that's why I'm willing to give them an A.? For price, they're a little higher - I remember that - because they do provide more service they are higher than some.? You can find cheaper places if you're willing to give up some of the bells and whistles that they provide, so I'm not going to give them an A on price.? I don't know what they charge now, but this place we have on the other side of town provides less service and I know I'm paying more for that unit than I paid at Amazing Spaces, even though it was seven years ago.? Quality is an A; they keep the place spic and span.? They go after people who leave trash around and stuff.? They're very clean; good spaces, good access.? For professionalism, I'll give them an A on that.? They always were very professional.? I think that's kinda what they pride themselves in.? They always were.? When I had issues, often it was the manager who would call me back.? If I needed the same kind of thing again, at the high level of service, I would use them again.? But for most things I wouldn't need that level of service and could find a cheaper place.

.They are wonderful. We still use them. We continue their services. We pay monthly. They are very good. They are very professional and very good. The quality is excellent.

My experience with this facility was amazing! We needed a unit for only a month because I was moving from an apartment to my first house, but my closing date was pushed back and my apartment had already been rented. The staff were wonderful and very nice. They took the time to show me the different units and give a detailed listing of prices. But the best thing was when it came time to move out. My closing day for my house was the same day I had to be out of the unit or pay another month. The title company was on the opposite side of Houston and I wasn't going to be able to make it back in time to the office to get the keys for the moving truck. The guy stayed almost 45 minutes AFTER they closed to wait for me so I could get the keys to load up my stuff so I wouldn't be charged another month. They went above and beyond and I would recommend them to anyone looking for a unit! The place was so clean and well lit and very well taken care of. The prices are slightly higher than other storage facilities but they say you get what you pay for. And with this place you get so much more than your money's worth.
