+ -1 moreTHEIR WORK WAS OF EXCELLENT QUALITY. THEY BUILT THE ROOF ON THE JOB SITE. IT TOOK A LITTLE LONGER THAN WE ANTICIPATED IT WOULD, BUT THEY THOROUGHLY CLEANED THE JOB SITE EVERY DAY WHEN THEY WERE DONE. WHEN WE HAD AN OUTDOOR PARTY PLANNED DURING THE TIME THEY WERE STILL WORKING ON THE ROOF, BUT WERE SUPPOSED TO BE DONE, THEY TOOK DOWN ALL THEIR SCAFFOLDING AND THEN RESET IT AFTER THE PARTY, WITHOUT ANY ADDED EXPENSE TO US. WE HAD TWO MINOR LEAKS AFTER THE INSTALLATION, BUT THEY CAME OUT PROMPTLY AND FIXED THEM.
Description of Work: THEY REPLACED THE FACIA, SOFFIT AND ROOFING WITH A STANDING SEAM ALUMINUM ROOF, INCLUDING FLASHING AROUND THE VENTS AND CHIMNEYS.
