Not good - not completed

Ines did an excellent job cleaning my pool. He also cleaned the filter and was very efficient. I am assuming Alonzo continues to provide excellent service and not fade away. I would surely recommend Alonzo Pool to others who are looking for a change and better service.

It was a pleasure doing business with Alonso Pools. They were prompt and answered all my questions. The service technician (Ines) was excellent! He communicated his findings and how the issue was being addressed. I really happy with the outcome and would definitely recommend this company. Thank you again for the great experience!

Alonzo pool POC, Ines, reviewed the pool did measurements and gave me proposal for the pool resurfacing works along with colour samples. I selected and agreed on price, colour, schedule and process. He came in on 7/14 with proposal and contract. He collected 1st cheque on 7/14 for $2k. Arrived with the team started work on 7/16 and finished it on 7/18. Work was done to my satisfaction. Pending pool water balancing, replacement of pool and spa lights. He followed up with visits next week to improve the water quality. Replaced pool light. But did not find spa light in market for replacement. He also agreed to take pool maintenance work on weekly basis. He came for 3 weeks to maintain pool. On 8/8 I asked him why my pool is loosing water by almost 1” every day, to find if any leakage happened during his work. As we had no prior water leaks and loss of any kind before the resurfacing works. Also why he has not replaced the spa light. He requested me to check water level and follow up next week to assess find solution or any leak. He has not showed up since 8/8. Not replied to my email, texts or calls. I wonder if I have to get the resurfacing work done again or spend money (over and above $7800 I paid him) to stop the leaks/ lights. Also there is a warranty of 7 years which will be null and void if I get some other contractor to get the repairs done. I would like my money refunded in full or resolve my problem by Alonzo pools.
