Excellent service and very knowledgeable people. Allstar removed the windshield and found rust damage and determined that the leak was coming from the rusted area. They removed all the rust down to bare metal, repaired a small hole and primed and coated the repaired area completely fixing the leak. They also primed all remaining areas around the windshield area where the glass sits. This step was omitted by the previous glass shop I used and was the cause of the rusted area and subsequent leak. Since the windshield had a rock chip, I had them replace the windshield as well. Their price was very reasonable to replace the glass and repair the leak. I left the truck overnight and picked it up the next day. I checked around at other glass shops and no one had the capability to repair a leak. The big franchise chain didn't want to go near the problem. When you call Allstar you will most likely chat with Rachel Inman. She is also very knowledgeable and diagnosed the problem straight away. I would definitely recommend these folks for any auto glass problems you might encounter. Great price and very friendly folks.

Allstar Glass provided a quote over the phone in a matter of minutes. The representative was professional and knew his business very well. He informed me of auto glass replacement and installation details, and made me aware of cost options(aftermarket glass) that could potentially save me money. I was able to schedule that day and even had to reschedule once with no issues. Allstar called me an hour or two prior to my scheduled appointment to reconfirm the install as it was a rainy day around the area. The technicians (2 energetic, polite, professional installers) showed up at my house on time and prepared. They replaced 2 OEM windshields on my vehicles within one hour. The installation was performed to specification with no issues (and I'm a stickler for detail). After the technicians had both vehicles completed and cleaned up they verified I was satisfied, collected payment and left. A short time after, the owner of Allstar contacted me to check satisfaction and to thank me for my business. In summary, this is how business should be conducted - by people who care, understand the fundamentals regarding customer satisfaction and do their job well.
