The team that completed the service were so polite and also very transparent about what was going to happen. Howard provided great customer service and was always available to talk about services. I needed a termite inspection and he was willing to come out even that night for services.

They called and let me know when they were coming as promised. They explained everything that they were going to do. There were no surprise costs.

Howard called me within seconds of posting on Angi. He was very upfront, honest, and professional. I was a little further away, but he still made a prompt effort to come out and give an estimate. After doing a survey, the price was given, and though probably not the cheapest, the quality was well worth it and the “good” chemical was used. Patchwork was great and it was a pleasure doing business with a small family-owned company. Will recommend to others.
