The service was expensive, but it was worth it.  They were very professional, and I can trust that the quality of their work. They even cleaned up after themselves and other contractors which I appreciated.  I was also impressed Emil Becker, the owner, and his comittment to customer service.

Very please with everything they did. I got several estimates and although this was one of the higher ones, I think it was money well spent. This was the only company that made sure to talk to the city about irrigations requirements BEFORE they showed up to do the estimate. They also needed a plot plan of the property so they could show a complete design when the estimate was presented.

They were the only company to provide a 3 year warranty as the others only 1. The job was completed onetime and exactly as presented in the bid. City permitting, back flow certification, and even city inspection was perfectly planned and went very well.

I got to talk to the city inspector while he was here inspecting the job, He told me it was one of the best jobs he had ever seen and they went well beyond what was required. Really made me feel like the few hundred dollars I spent extra was well spent.

Emil and his crew were very professional and punctual. I wasn't sure if something was functioning properly after I had paid him and after the project was completed. I called him and he was at my home the very next morning at exactly the time promised.
I had another question and he showed up again the next morning. We need more companies so committed to service.

Great experience, great company.  Representatives showed up several days prior to installation and marked all underground lines.  Using a survey from the property, all sprinkler heads were marked with flags.

The day of installation, the crew showed up on time and worked diligently putting together the system.  The crew was plesant, hard working and respectful of the property.  The company even went to the City of Houston to check for the need of permits. None needed since we are outside the city, but good to know.

The job took two days and when they finished, all material was cleaned up and removed, even rocks from the yard and old pipe leaning against the fence!  Looks like nothing ever happened to the yard.  It is wonderful.

My neighbor was so impressed, he asked for a card.  I was more than happy to comply and give a recommendation!

I hired them because they were detailed in all the questions. They are very decent and very careful in their work. The proprietor seemed very knowledgeable and also assisted me not only in the sprinkler system but also in the landscaping. They are not the cheapest but they have a high quality. I would rate them high overall. I would use them again in the future.

They were really good and gave good service. The person who did the job was experienced, and he was knowledgeable. We had been having trouble finding the control system for the sprinklers. However, he was able to find it immediately. We were very happy with him. He was not that expensive as compared to others.
