Nick conducted a pre-site visit to pinpoint the work to be done and prepared both a time and cost estimate, explaining each and every step to me. He and his team were knowledgeable of the marble and stone involved and how to treat it, having attended multiple professional training in this field. They arrived ahead of time, ready to begin the work. They carefully sealed off other areas so that those were not impacted by the dust or any water. They performed their work with diligence, completing everything within schedule. The vanity counter was not on the list, but on viewing it again, they performed that work at no additional charge. They informed me of the status throughout the process, highlighted suitable maintenance products and cleaned up every bit of dust and water as they finished. The price was reasonable, reflecting the scope of work. They are true professionals. I will definitely use them when needed and am very pleased to recommend them.

"The job was scheduled for 8/18/2015 .We called on 8/12/2015 to let her know we could not do the job. Andy, our grout repairman, is no longer with us due to a family crisis. He was never fired, he was a great tech, and we hope he can come back to us in the near future. Here is a copy of the e mail we sent her. All Starrs Stone Care 8/12/2015 Hi Julie the technician Andy is no longer with us. He was the only trained grout repairmen. We will not be able to do that job for you. Thank You Nick Carnes We could have sent some one out to do the job that did not have enough experience, but that is not how we run our business. We provide only quality work and would never send an inexperienced tech to do the work. We would have been happy to reschedule her at a later date when we had a tech that could take care of the job properly .She told us that she needed it asap. This was a very unusual situation since we have multiple techs for stone restoration. Grout repairs are not in demand so we have one tech. I am sorry to hear the customer is that upset. Nick Carnes"
