Everything turned out well. They did a very nice job with the rugs, they had a convenient pick up and drop off service, and the staff was very nice when dealing with me.

It went very well! The serviceman was polite and described the services he was about to perform to me and best of all, he was quick.

I have always used them and will continue to use them. I was referred to them by a neighbor and I continue to refer them to friends and family.

They arrived on time, were courteous, picked up the rugs, and returned them on schedule. But my objective in paying for this service was to get the smell out of the rugs, and when they were returned the rugs still had faint smell. We get better results (for less) when we rent a shampooer and do it ourselves.

All Starrs have cleaned my carpet for the last 22 years and the work has always been top notch. After they're finished the carpet would look and feel clean and fluffy again. Last week I had them clean the carpet at my parent's house and I requested Joe, based on the good reviews on Angie's List where Joe's name was mentioned. Joe did an absolutely fantastic job; he worked hard to get some stubborn stains out and he worked non-stop, fast and efficiently. He was very courteous, polite and professional. My parent's carpet looks like new again and they are very happy. This is an A+ company with an A+ staff; I highly recommend it.

Joe Teel of All Starrs arrived on time, and he did a great job in less than an hour. He recommended what I would need for the particular kind of carpet that we have, which was very helpful.

and quot;puddle problemand quot;. The carpet did not look good. In less than 3 hours
it looked like the original - every stain was gone - dog, soda, make-up,
dirt ... all of it. I was truly impressed. I will use these guys
again. Well worth it.

Joe was right on time, very courteous and knowledgeable, he explained everything about the cleaning process and equipment. He had given us numerous tips about cleaning and so forth. Jon picked up 2 rugs promptly, as promised on August 30, 2012. He asked if I wanted to have the rugs treated with an enzyme process because there was pet urine stains on the rugs. He also asked about a treatment similar to scotchguard to prevent staining after the cleaning. I agreed to both of the processes (at an additional cost) and he assured me he could remove the stains and he would personally take care of the cleaning.
The promised return date was Friday, September 7 at 9:30 AM. At 10:30 AM Jon called and said he was at my door with the rugs. I told him we waited for him until after 10:00 for the delivery and we were at a doctor's appointment. He asked if I wanted the rugs left at the door of if I wanted to schedule another delivery time. A new delivery time was scheduled for Monday, September 10 at 8:00 AM.
Jon was at my home a little after 8:00. He brought in one rug and began to roll it out. He stated he couldn't get the stains out of the rug and did I want to lay it down. I said yes, I wanted to see the rug. The odor was worse than when he picked it up and the stains were not gone. He said it had been stored in the warehouse over the weekend and possibly the heat in the warehouse increased the odor. I really couldn't tell that anything had been done to the rug. Jon agreed the job was not satisfactory and he has taken the rugs back to the shop. He said he would return them next week but did not state a date and time.
I am very disappointed and will post again when my rugs are returned.

Twelve year old carpets were like new when the gentleman finished and dry within an hour or two (they were dry to the touch when he left). I was very happy with the entire service

I was told when he arrived that when using an Angie's List coupon, they would not move furniture, but then he volunteered to help me move a few items that I could not move alone. Nice of him.

The technician was very punctual, professional, courteous and performed exactly as expected, no surprises. He took great care to clean the house in an orderly process, cleaning the back areas first and eventually finishing at the front door so as to avoid any backtracking over the clean carpeting. Prior to finishing, he also called me so that I could meet back at the house with him to inspect the results and made sure I was completely satisfied before he left. Overall, they were great to work with! I highly recommend them.

I found them on Angie's List and they are very responsive when they came out to do the work. We have pets so we need carpet cleaning regularly; I will use them again in the future.

Excellent job cleaning the carpets in my house. Got the deal on an Angie's coupon for 4 rooms - they cleaned our three rooms and an area for the same price (they suggested that - awesome!). The carpets look brand new even though they are 4 years old with 2 dogs running on them day after day. I would recommend these guys to anyone - top work, punctual, and amazing quality. If I could give them a grade higher than A i would - you won't be disappointed hiring these guys.
