The estimated completion time was 2.5 months, it has been 9 and the work is unfinished. All Good did everything they did, wrong. The bathroom floor had to be done 3 times and still is not quite right. Painters didn’t use primer, floors are uneven, walls are crooked, windows are crooked, tile floor is crooked, shower pan is uneven, tub is crooked, doors are crooked. It looks like I live ins an amusement part “wacky-house.” There are runs and drips in the paint, shoe molding won’t stay in place, the heated floor won’t work, the lights blink and don’t dim right, there is a lot more wrong. I’ve made all good do things to and three times over because the work was so bad. I finally told them I wouldn’t let the plumber back in the house simply because the plumber made so many mistakes it was unbelievable. Even though I told the plumber face-to-face and directly he put the tub drain and the Toilet drain in the wrong spot. When I told the foreman he said he take care of it, then they put the floor down with the drain holes in the wrong spot. They had to jackhammer the floor to fix the drains. The plumber put the fixtures in wrong and the shower tile had to be pulled out so they could be put in correctly but he put them in wrong again. I had to threaten to sue All Good and tell them the plumber could not come back before they agreed to get me someone qualified to do the work. We will see. They tore up my brick patio to build the addition, but when putting it back spread concrete across the top of it and then wiped it off like they were doing tile work. The entire left side of the patio is now concrete stained. I was told I would be working with an architect, but She evidently quit and the engineers made no room for equal distance recessed lighting or proper placement of electrical switches. Both the planning and the execution of this job is so bad it’s hard to put into words. The people working for ALLGOOD have no training and don’t know what they’re doing they show up and they make it up as they go along. I noticed about a month after they put my Exterior door in, they had filled the sill with garbage to hold it up. When I pointed out they were putting in the window the wrong way, the worker told me he ‘knew what it was doing and it would work just fine.’ The window has not leaked, and maybe he was right, but I know for a fact, it is not a professionally acceptable installation. Every single thing all good workers have done, not the gutters, not the roof which they paid a subcontractor to do, has been wrong. When they poured the foundation, they sprayed the concrete waste in front of my neighbors house who of course drove through it when they came home and stained his brick driveway with concrete. ALL GOOD is a collection of the most incompetent, untrained, unskilled, make it up as you go buffoons I have ever seen. Reading this you’re probably thinking “it can’t be that bad“ but it actually is. It’s worse. I have a collection of letters and emails and the Better Business Bureau complaint, I brought in other professionals and gotten their statements. I haven’t decided if I’m going to sue them, because it’s such a hassle, but I worry the whole thing might actually fall down. On the plus side, the owner is honest. He keeps trying to do the job right, with the exception of the fact that he will not hire people who know what they’re doing so he just sends the same people who messed it up the first time out to try to make it better but they don’t know what they’re doing, it’s not a matter of the mistake, they literally don’t know what they’re doing. They could’ve watched a YouTube video on how to properly fix my porch in 15 minutes and done it the right way but they didn’t and now they’re gonna have to pull the whole thing up. That is the way almost every aspect of this project has gone since the beginning. I cannot imagine this project being worse unless they started a fire and burned my entire house down.
