ALL COUNTERTOPS

I am having my kitchen remodeled through a home supply store and the countertops were subcontracted out to All Countertops. I was given their number and told to call them to set up an appointment for the measure. When I called, the person I was told to talk to couldn't take my call, so I left my name and number for a call-back. She never called back, so I call again. Was told AGAIN that she was on another line and asked what the call was about. I explained that I had called and left a message for her to call me several days ago, but never got a call back. This woman said to me, "If she said she would call you back, then she will call you back"! Reported that rude encounter to the home supply store and they got involved with the company. They finally came out to measure for the countertops. After waiting for over a month, the day came for the install. The installers discovered that the men who measured the countertops measured everything wrong! Everything had to be taken back to the factory for re-measure. All Countertops never bothered to call me to say they were sorry for the mistake. I had to call them and ask when I would be getting the new ones. They said that it would be the following week (Note that I am without any water or cook top in my kitchen and am now eating my meals out). I had to wait an additional 8 days for my countertops and the home supply store wasn't any help either. This place has no customer service and the home supply store isn't much better!
